Charles Freville Surtees (13 November 1823 – 22 December 1906)[1] was a Conservative Party politician in England.
He was elected as Member of Parliament (MP) for South Durham at the 1865 general election, but was defeated at the 1868 general election. He did not stand in the 1874 general election, but failed to win a seat when he stood again in 1880.[2]
